Sunday's Sermon Text:
2 Timothy 3:14-17
This Sunday we step away from our God of Promise series in order to acknowledge a central biblical truth of the reformation. In what I pray will be an ongoing tradition at King's Church the Sunday before Reformation Day, we will examine a core tenant of what we believe as those living in the heritage of the reformation. This Sunday we look at Sola Scriptura, which means Scripture Alone. The Word of God is the central authority for our life and faith.
As you prepare for worship this week by reading our passage look for how many characteristics Paul gives to scripture and look closely at what he says about the way of salvation.
