At King's Church we define our mission as what we do. This is what we are seeking to do in obedience to the commands of scripture in our city. Therefore our mission is to declare the gospel, make disciples, and delight in the glory of Christ our King.
If our mission is what we do, our vision is our goal. This is the type of people and church we strive to be by God's grace. Therefore our vision is to be a family of believers from all cultures who are transformed by the gospel of Jesus to live each day for the glory of God.
The last thing that defines who we are (our church DNA) is our values. These five values form the structure and scaffolding of everything we do at King's Church.
The gospel is the good news of the kingdom and cross of Jesus. It is the central biblical truth that shapes our identity, beliefs, and practices.
Romans 16:25-27; 1 Corinthians 2:2; 1 Corinthians 15:1-5; Philippians 1:27
Worship is living in response to the God of the gospel. It is the purpose of our lives, the fuel in our prayers & the surrender of our thoughts, actions, & affections for the glory of God.
Psalm 150:1-6; John 4:23-24; Romans 12:1
Discipleship is the outworking of who we are in Christ. It is the motivation behind our obedience to the Word as we seek to grow & become more like Jesus.
Ephesians 4:1-16; 1 Corinthians 11:1; Proverbs 27:17
Community is the fellowship of believers in the grace of God. It is the union of our people despite differences in ethnicity, income, and age as we seek to love, serve, & exhort one another

Mission is the church’s call to spread the gospel. It is the desire of our heart to see the people of Conroe & the world transformed by the grace of the gospel, for the glory of God.
